Shopping with Modish Bear is simple. Browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, complete your payment, and you're done.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Creating an account is optional, but it makes future purchases faster and easier by saving your details securely.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address.

We'll send you a secure password reset link, allowing you to create a new password. For security reasons, your existing password cannot be recovered or viewed.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Modish Bear does not store or have access to your full card details.

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be paid in full at checkout before they are processed and dispatched.

You can enter your coupon code in the Discount Code field during checkout.

Once applied, your order total will automatically update.

Please note:

  • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotional codes expire at the end of the advertised campaign period.
  • Coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Please note that clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Yes. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts or promotional offers.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Yes. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $60 AUD.

Shipping rates are:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (orders under $60)
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Your order total is below $60 AUD; or
  • You selected Express Shipping.

All applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

Change of Mind Returns
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Modish Bear will cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchanges

Replacement items are dispatched once the original item has been received and approved.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose between:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit

Please allow additional time for banks and payment providers to process refunded funds.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and courier tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make address changes.

We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details before completing checkout.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We'll investigate the shipment with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we'll arrange either:

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible, and any issues will need to be handled through our returns or exchange process
