Only items in this store are shipped within Australia. We don't deliver overseas at the moment, so all the time, prices and details below are for Australian addresses. Here's how we get your order to you, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Processing Your Order
We take a little time to verify and get your order ready for shipping after you place it. Usually taking one or two working days, this step is not included in the shipping estimates mentioned elsewhere on this policy page. Each package has complete tracking after it is moved, active from the time it leaves our site until it reaches your destination. Our storage hub in Australia is where shipment takes place. Keep in mind that the transit clock doesn't start until the item ships, not after payment is finalised.

Delivery Times
We dispatch from our warehouse here in Australia, and every parcel is tracked from our door to yours. Once your order is on its way, you're looking at roughly the following:

Standard delivery time: 3 to 10 business days following shipment

Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days following shipment
These are the usual windows. During big sale periods, or if there's a courier holdup outside our control, things can run slower. If your order is taking longer than the times above, give it an extra 3 to 5 business days before getting in touch, since a parcel that looks stuck is very often just about to move.

Shipping Costs
We keep it simple:

Standard delivery: $9.95 and free on any order over $100

The cost is worked out at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises after the fact. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Tracking Your Parcel
Every order is tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code and a link to watch its progress. It takes a day or so for couriers to log the first scan, so expect to hear new information on location two full days from that message. If the shipment is already in transit; the shipped package movement details may not appear immediately.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
Please note that the bulkier items in your order might be shipped in a separate package, so they arrive on different days, and if one arrives before the other, don't worry.
When checking out, please confirm your delivery address. A street address works best because we can't reroute a package that has been sent to the incorrect address you entered, and we don't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
